process
Please
print-out our order
form and mail
your invitation or announcement to us in a cardboard mailer
or with a lightweight
cardboard stiffener to keep it from being creased or bent
during delivery. (Please
do not use paper clips, staples, thumb tacks, or tape on
the
original
invitation.)
Although
we occasionally use the original invitation, usually we need
to scan and re-size it so it will fit on the bottle plate.
Some invitations do not lend themselves to this process,
in which case we would notify you—no charge.
Digital
files (photos, scans, etc.) may be e-mailed to
us at info@winetini.com (along
with any pertinent information).
If
scanned into digital format, we can superimpose the information
regarding the wedding or birth onto them.
The
completed bottle plate will be shipped within five business
days of our receiving the invitation or photo. (We
ship with the bow flat so it can be opened and look its best
at the time the bottle plate is presented to the recipient.)
You
may instruct us to ship the bottle plate to you, or directly
to the recipient. If we are shipping it directly, please
let us know if a gift enclosure card is requested, and
the wording on it. Include both your e-mail address and the
ship-to
address with your information.
