Can I send my own bottle for you to melt or make into a candle?
Yes!  The best course of action is to shoot us an e-mail and tell us about your bottle.  We can best then let you know what the results will be.  Not every bottle is conducive to every process.  You may want it flattened but it may only be able to be made into a candle. Or... it may not be conducive to either process.  Pitchers can only be made from silk-screened bottles.

NOTE: Before you go through the expense of shipping it to us, let’s make sure it is do-able. 

Once we have figured out together what we are going to do with your bottle, simply pop it in the mail and within a week or two you will have something special and unique made from your very own bottle that has special meaning to you.

The price for BYOB is the same as the prices on our site.  We do not up charge you to BYOB.  If your bottle doesn’t come out perfect, you are not obligated to purchase it.

Can I send you my own label?
Yes!  Please indicate if you would like the label on a clear or amber bottle for melting or amber or dark green for a candle.  If we are using your label for a candle, please indicate short or tall candle. Shipping address is shown above.  The price for sending your own label is the same as the prices on our site.

I am looking for a particular bottle that I don’t see on your website, Do you have other bottles available?
Most of the time the answer is yes.  If we do not, we will try and find one for you.  If we cannot find the particular brand you are looking for, you can send one to us.  if it is a particular wine label you are looking for and we do not have it, most wineries are very willing to send you the label of your choice.  Just shoot us an e-mail inquiring about a particular brand or label.

Do you wholesale your products?
Yes, please contact us for wholesale information.

I want to order a lot of bottles, do you discount?
Yes!  With a minimum order of twelve, please contact us for pricing.  The more you order, the more you save!

I want a custom wedding invitation bottle plate made, can I scan the invite and e-mail it to you?
No, we prefer the original invitation to produce the best results.  However, you can send us a digital photograph that we can make into a label.

I like red wine, I don’t see any dark green bottles.
The reason is because we reattach the label from the underside of the bottle after it is melted and you can’t see the label underneath the dark green glass.

I live locally, do I have to pay for shipping?
No, we always contact our local orders to give the option of picking your order up from us to avoid shipping charges.

Do you have a storefront?
No, but you are welcome to come “shop” by appointment only.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we can quote you a price on shipping over the phone or my e-mail.  We offer overnight, second, and third day air.
